Major/Essential Functions The Unit Manger serves as the primary on-site operational leader of the unit, responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality healthcare delivery through effective leadership, regulatory oversight, and performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus three years of supervisory experience OR a combination of education and/or supervisory experience to equal seven years. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a correctional facility.
