Clinical Pharmacist: Patient Care & Med Safety

Orlando Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care and medication management for patients in a hospital setting. The role includes reviewing, verifying, dispensing medications, IV therapies, and participating in rounds and quality improvement. Shift 1430-2300 with every 4th weekend commitment; Florida Pharmacist License is required. BS in Pharmacy or PharmD, hospital experience preferred, and you will collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize patient outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr Orlando Health
