School Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Soliant Education is seeking a full time Speech Language Pathologist near Waukesha, WI. This contract position is primarily focused on Elementary School students and is ideal for professionals eager to contribute their expertise on-site for the current school year with the opportunity for annual renewal. Key Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF) Comfortable serving a caseload of mostly mild-to-moderate, with some severe needs, and experience with AAC devices a plus Primary Responsibilities Provide direct speech-language therapy to School Aged students Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain compliant documentation Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and families Support students with diverse communication needs using evidence-based practices Travel to multiple school sites within the district if required Compensation Details Weekly Paychecks Hourly Pay Rate: $48-$53 Health, Dental, Vision Insurance offered 401k retirement plans available This opportunity offers the satisfaction of meaningful impact, professional growth, and the dynamic experience of working with a diverse student body.
