Senior Director, Litigation Counsel

Seeking a strategic and experienced litigator, the full-time Senior Director, Litigation Counsel will manage litigation and policy engagement efforts to support the pharmaceutical industry, working remotely while advising senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for litigation and policy advocacy to advance the company's objectives Identify and assess new litigation opportunities and provide counsel on legal policy priorities Manage litigation and government investigations, coordinating with outside counsel and internal teams Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and J.D. with an active license to practice law A minimum of 8 years of experience in complex litigation and strategy development Experience with constitutional claims and statutory challenges A clerkship on a federal court of appeals Proven ability to engage on complex policy issues and master new subject matter quickly
