The posted compensation range of $47.52 - $70.68 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities Position Summary: Participates as a member of the health care team working with professional non-professional staff and associated professionals in providing care which provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients addressing the age of the patients served.

• Current CA Speech Therapy licensure
• Current CPR certification
• 1 year experience as a speech therapist
• Knowledge and ability to perform a speech pathology assessment and evaluation
• Knowledge of principles concepts diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for speech therapy
• Ability to implement practical application of knowledge
• Ability to function independently and autonomously
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally in English
• Ability to teach and instruct patient family and staff

• 6 months to one year home health experience
