In-Home Caregiver / CNA

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality care to clients in the Tuscaloosa, AL area. This position offers flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and various shift availabilities to accommodate your lifestyle. Competitive weekly pay with direct deposit options Key Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and transfers. Monitor and report changes in client’s health status to supervising nurse or family members. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Qualifications Valid CNA certification required. Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation to travel within the Tuscaloosa area. Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or varied shifts as needed.
