Hospital Clinical Pharmacist in Sylmar, CA

This opportunity is for a Clinical Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations in a hospital setting. The role is based in Sylmar, CA, within a major medical center under the LA County Department of Health. This contract position involves working directly with hospital patients and healthcare providers to deliver safe, effective medication therapy.


Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for hospitalized patients
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy
• Monitor patient responses and adjust medication plans as needed
