Meeting Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team and help create seamless, memorable travel experiences. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, coordinate logistics, and deliver well-organized itineraries that align with preferences, budgets, and timelines. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, goals, budgets, and special requirements. Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation options, tours, and activities. Create customized travel itineraries and provide clear, accurate documentation. Coordinate bookings, reservations, and confirmations with vendors and partners. Monitor travel details and proactively address schedule changes, disruptions, or special requests. Provide guidance on travel policies, documentation, and destination-related information as needed. Maintain organized records of client preferences, itineraries, and communications. Deliver responsive service and follow up to ensure a positive travel experience. Qualifications Experience in travel planning, customer service, hospitality, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to research information, compare options, and make thoughtful recommendations. Proficiency with common office software and booking or itinerary management tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, service-oriented approach. Preferred Attributes Experience building personalized travel experiences for a variety of clients. Familiarity with domestic and international travel arrangements. Problem-solving skills and a calm approach when handling changes or unexpected issues. Interest in destinations, culture, hospitality, and travel trends.
