Community Operations Intern

As a Community Operations Intern, you will support Agilent's global community initiatives and knowledge base programs. This role is designed for individuals passionate about digital engagement, process improvement, and customer success. You will work closely with product managers, content specialists, and technical support teams to enhance community experiences and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Community platform and related content management tools.
• Support the lifecycle of community content: creation, migration, review, and audit.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve community processes and user experience.
• Help implement community engagement programs, including badges and advocacy initiatives.
• Provide operational support for community roadmap projects, including test case writing and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze community metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Science, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with online communities, knowledge management, and customer support platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, cross-functional team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CoPilot and Power Automate is desired.

The intern pay rate for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hour plus eligibility for paid holidays and medical benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. During the hiring process, a recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for a preferred location.

Additional Details
