The Sr. Manager RBS Site Implementation manages the RBS implementation management function and is accountable for consistent, predictable execution of new site launches, expansions, customer transitions, stabilization programs, and formal handovers into site operations. The role provides direct leadership, prioritization, coaching, and governance for the Implementation Managers and establishes one accountable launch process across the RBS portfolio. This position translates the RBS strategy into scalable implementation standards, ensuring clear ownership, disciplined use of launch playbooks, effective cross-functional interfaces, deployment readiness, transparent performance reporting, and timely escalation of risks. The Senior Manager RBS Site Implementation partners closely with Operations Execution, Performance Excellence, Customer Service, project teams, Remote Services, LOE, Training, Spare Parts, Finance, HR, and customer stakeholders. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Leadership of Implementation Managers Lead, coach, develop, and coordinate the Implementation Managers; set priorities, clarify accountability, and balance assignments across the portfolio. Establish clear objectives, routines, review cadences, and performance expectations for the implementation team. Build implementation capability through structured onboarding, role-based training, knowledge sharing, and succession planning. Provide decision support and executive escalation for complex launch, transition, and stabilization issues. Portfolio Governance and Standardization Own the RBS implementation governance framework for new sites, expansions, upgrades, and customer transitions. Develop, deploy, and continuously improve standard launch playbooks, readiness gates, checklists, templates, and handover criteria. Ensure consistent application of RBS standards while managing approved site-specific requirements and local adaptations. Maintain portfolio visibility through integrated schedules, milestone reviews, risk registers, decision logs, and executive status reporting. Launch, Transition, and Stabilization Oversee implementation planning from early engagement through launch, stabilization, and formal handover to operations. Ensure staffing and hiring plans, training plans, operational routines, documentation, tools, technology, materials, safety requirements, and support models are deployment-ready before launch. Drive structured stabilization programs with clear owners, measurable exit criteria, open-issue control, and timely corrective actions. Validate that handovers are complete, accepted, documented, and supported by a defined post-launch support model. Cross-Functional and Customer Alignment Define and reinforce interfaces, RACI, handovers, service levels, and escalation paths with internal partners and project organizations. Act as the senior RBS implementation contact for leadership, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Facilitate timely decisions, resolve ownership gaps, and eliminate duplication across support functions. Protect customer confidence through clear communication, disciplined expectation management, and transparent issue resolution. Risk, Quality, Financial, and Compliance Control Identify, assess, and mitigate implementation risks affecting safety, quality, cost, schedule, scope, customer readiness, or operational stability. Ensure implementation activities comply with company policies, contractual commitments, Health & Safety requirements, and approved operating standards. Provide financial discipline through resource planning, budget awareness, forecast inputs, change control, and transparent cost reporting. Partner with Quality, Standards, and Continuous Improvement functions to capture lessons learned and prevent recurring issues. WHAT YOU HAVE Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, project management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Progressive experience leading complex implementations, site launches, operational transitions, or service deployments in a multi-site environment. Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including coaching managers, setting priorities, and driving accountability across concurrent initiatives. Strong project and portfolio management capability, including planning, governance, budget awareness, risk management, change control, and executive reporting. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align senior internal, customer, and supplier stakeholders. Working knowledge of customer service operations, maintenance or resident-site environments, quality systems, Health & Safety, and operational readiness.
