What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and therapies
• Set up and manage ventilators, oxygen systems, and PAP devices
• Adjust ventilator and therapy settings per physician instructions
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Provide ongoing patient follow-up and clinical support
• Maintain accurate documentation of visits and treatments

What You Need

• Required: RRT license, valid driver's license, clean driving record
• Preferred: Hospital or home healthcare experience, knowledge of ventilator management, degree in respiratory therapy or related science, 1+ year of clinical experience
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, ability to work independently, build trust with patients and teams
• Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel, electronic health records, internet navigation
