Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT) Lafayette, Indiana. This position involves providing advanced respiratory care in a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Med Surg, and Emergency Room settings. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position is scheduled for dayshift operations with a minimal weekly schedule of 36 hours.

• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Respiratory Therapy credentials, ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP, Level 3 NICU skills. Acute care experience in Med Surg, ER, and ICU settings. Proficiency with managing Bipaps, ventilators, and Heated High Flow units. Experience assisting with intubations and bedside bronchoscopies, along with proficient EMR charting on the EPIC system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with high-acuity patients, independent and self-motivated personality, willingness to work in a Level 3 NICU.
