10+ years of UI design and development experience

• XML / XSD / XSLT
• CSS
• HTML
• Jquery
• Object oriented java script, BackBone js, Angular js
• UI Design Patterns
• OO 
• Knowledge using Java
• Unit Testing Frameworks / Test Driven Development
• User Experience
• Excellent Communication

Job Roles/Responsibilities

Responsibilities as UI Developer include:

• Evaluate/update UI development standards
• Evaluate new languages, tools, processes for UI design and development
• Ability to define remediation solution options and recommended approach

- Prepare and present recommendations to management and project teams

- Help lead execution efforts

• -Perform Design/code reviews
• -Create UI reference applications for development teams to use
• - Create reusable components to reduce project effort and risk
• -Act as technical SME for the projects in consulting capacity

  Must have Skills

• Demonstrated ability to think and propose out-of-box innovative technical solution
• Ability to identify issues, propose multiple solutions, communicate to broader team/management for approval and implement the final solution
• Team lead/mentoring experience
