Über die Rolle:
Als Customer Service Agent unterstützt du unsere Geschäftskund:innen bei der Nutzung unserer Fahrtenbuch- und Flottenmanagement-Software und bist eine zentrale Anlaufstelle für technische Fragen – von Hardware-Themen bis hin zur täglichen Produktnutzung. Du sorgst dafür, dass Anliegen effizient, verständlich und lösungsorientiert geklärt werden und trägst so maßgeblich zur Zufriedenheit und langfristigen Nutzung unserer Produkte bei.
Gleichzeitig fließt dein Feedback aus dem direkten Kundenkontakt strukturiert in die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams ein. So hilfst du aktiv dabei, unsere Produkte, Prozesse und Services kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. Du wirst Teil eines Customer-Service-Teams mit über 30 Kolleg:innen in spezialisierten Einheiten – in einem wachsenden Umfeld, in dem dein Beitrag echten Mehrwert für Kund:innen und Unternehmen schafft.

Das erwartet dich:

Kundenbetreuung & Support: Unterstützung von Geschäftskund:innen bei technischen Fragen rund um unsere Flottenmanagement-Software – telefonisch und/oder schriftlich, je nach Präferenz.
Ticketbearbeitung: Entgegennahme, strukturierte Analyse und eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen bis zur Lösung.
Problemanalyse: Identifikation von Ursachen technischer Probleme (z. B. Hardware oder App-Nutzung) sowie Einleitung geeigneter Lösungsschritte.
Dokumentation: Saubere Dokumentation von Anfragen, Lösungswegen und relevanten Informationen im Ticketing-System (Zendesk).
Feedback & Zusammenarbeit: Weitergabe strukturierter Erkenntnisse aus dem Kundenkontakt an andere Teams zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produkten und Prozessen.

Was du mitbringst:

Erfahrung im Kundenservice: Du bringst mindestens erste praktische Erfahrung in der telefonischen oder schriftlichen Kundenbetreuung mit, idealerweise im technischen Support.
Kundenorientierung: Du arbeitest empathisch und serviceorientiert und hast Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kund.
Kommunikationsstärke: Auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen kommunizierst du ruhig und professionell.
Technisches Interesse: Du bringst ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis mit und bist neugierig auf digitale Produkte, Apps und mögliche Fehlerquellen.
Struktur & Priorisierung: Du kannst mehrere Anfragen parallel bearbeiten, Informationen strukturiert erfassen und sinnvoll priorisieren.
Sprachen: Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau sowie Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau.
