General Laborer

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our metal construction team in Hempstead, TX. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist our crew with the installation of Trackway systems on active construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the construction crew with the installation of Trackway systems.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Perform general labor duties to support daily construction operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to the job site in Hempstead, TX.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 1st Shift
• Overtime may be available based on project needs.
