WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN - INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC:

• Completion of an apprenticeship as a construction or industrial mechanic OR equivalent qualifications
• Preferred 2+ years of experience with automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) or load handling
• Ability to read and decipher technical drawings and assembly instructions
• Willingness to travel both within the US and internationally
• Excellent computer skills
• Valid driver's license

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT AS A FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN - INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC

SCHEDULE

Typical warehouse working hours for this industrial maintenance position are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM . When working on-site, the schedule depends on the customers' needs . Some occasional night and weekend work is possible.

A TYPICAL DAY FOR A FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN - INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC

In this industrial maintenance position, you handle all the field service work and repairs for our customers! Each day, you fix and upgrade their warehouse facilities, using our products to make things more modern and efficient. Highly safety-conscious, you maintain various heavy equipment, including stacker cranes and load-handling devices. Dedicated to providing excellent customer service, you also conduct essential product training for our clients, ensuring they know everything about their upgrades! You thoroughly enjoy the work you do, and you love seeing the satisfaction your work brings to our customers !
