Job Description

Online retailer of classic Volvo parts is looking for Office Personnel with 1-2 year experience interacting with customers in a professional setting.

• Process orders from the web shop, phone, email and in person

• Answer phone calls and assist customers

• Resolve customer issues

• Monitor Sales email box and respond in a professional manner

• Quotes & Shipping estimates

• Process returns

• Receive incoming product

• Understand or ability to learn to read part system diagrams

• Microsoft Office, Excel, Word 1 year experience

• Knowledge of car parts or forklift experience is a bonus

Hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Full time, 40 hours per week
