Project Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer to join our team in Mt. Pleasant, SC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Key Responsibilities Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track. Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and project specifications. Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in risk management by identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Support procurement activities by reviewing vendor proposals and technical submittals. Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). 2+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and construction processes. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
