Job Details Location: Belton, TX 76513 Organization Overview Title: Member Services Representative Reports To: Club Manager FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt The Opportunity We are looking for a high‑energy, positive member who will provide an unprecedented experience and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals. This role will involve maintaining a clean environment, engaging with new and current members, and supporting the club’s operations. Responsibilities Maintain a super clean club environment. Find new and current members to join fitness trainers in fitness classes. Introduce members to Black Card amenities. Assist with checking in members at the welcome desk, providing greetings and farewells. Conduct fun, energetic, non‑high‑pressure tours and assist with member enrollment. Act as a leader, be passionate, and invite members to have fun. Adapt to varying schedules, including weekends and holidays. Support club responsibilities and promote a judgment‑free environment. Qualifications Birthdate confirming minimum age of 18. Passion for helping others. Ability to communicate, stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, climb, balance, kneel and handle potentially hazardous chemicals. On‑time dependability. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Physical Demands Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of at least 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
