How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities) Download manufacturer revisions to Compliance Smartsheet and identify each individual change Review and analyze incoming internal PCRs Pre-revision meetings with fleet leadership teams/SMEs, QA/Compliance, Line Ops, etc. to review proposals for: Internal PCRs Manufacturer revisions Create Standard Text (STSC) proposals, hold pre-STSC Airbus/Boeing meetings for consensus, and present changes in STSC. Prepare and submit Safety Risk Assessments (SRA) Work in conjunction with Technical Writer (TW) on all proposed changes Provide quality check and approval at change level Conduct fleet meeting to gain approval for revision Help with creating of Fleet Bulletins (FBs) and All Pilot Bulletins (APBs) Assist with Student Guide and OE Guide revisions Timeframe 30-40 hrs per week Ability to extend past one-year project commitment This role works on an "as needed" basis; this is a part-time position. What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications) Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
