Customer Success Analyst

To support the growth of Chrome's SMB customer base, the full-time remote Customer Success Analyst will analyze and execute contract renewals, ensuring customer retention and revenue growth through strong relationship management and proactive account strategies. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, advocating for their needs and aligning solutions with their objectives Proactively monitor customer product usage and engagement to identify risks and opportunities for account growth Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate contract renewals and optimize customer success processes Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in analyzing customer data and usage patterns Familiarity with subscription-based data products and services is desirable Comfortable using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and basic knowledge of Excel Demonstrated ability to manage priorities while maintaining a high level of customer focus Strong analytical skills to interpret data for driving action and decision-making
