This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Prepares in-depth, detailed risk profiles for complex clients and conducts periodic reviews of client profiles for renewal Populates risk profiles for clients that have global requirementsGathers additional information from independent research, online tools or directly from the relationship manager or clientPerforms due diligence to ensure accuracy of information Use strong communication skills to engage in challenging conversations with internal stakeholders and complex external clients to support an accurate data-gathering process and resolve any open issuesStrong client service skills Reviews of a variety of profiles that have been flagged and escalated for additional reviews through QSS real time scans or escalated OFAC Sanctions alerts received on transactional reviewsProvides guidance to less experienced AML/KYC/Prevention support staffNo direct reportsProvides guidance to less experienced staff, likely to serve as the team leader for a team of support staffHelps develop team objectivesDrives the use of AI and can adapt to an ever-changing environment. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
