What success looks like

• Vertical CNC setups are dialed in quickly and accurately for the job at hand
• Daily production schedules are met by preparing machines and materials efficiently
• Equipment runs smoothly thanks to routine lubrication, cleaning, and basic inspections
• Tooling, offsets, and programs are adjusted to maintain strict tolerances
• Every finished part matches the blueprint and dimensional requirements

Your toolkit

• 3–6 years in a production machine shop environment
• Expertise reading engineering drawings
• Confidence using micrometers, calipers, and other precision gauges
• An eye for detail and a commitment to consistent quality
• Clear English communication and the ability to follow technical instructions

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts with overtime opportunities
• 1st: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 2nd: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• 3rd: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
