Senior Product Owner

We are seeking a self-motivated Senior Product Owner to join our End-to-End Customer Experience team, responsible for developing new products and enhancing existing offerings. In this Agile environment, the Senior Product Owner will collaborate with a cross-functional team to define and execute the product roadmap while ensuring the backlog is prioritized and managed effectively.

Responsibilities include estimating work for project phases, prioritizing the ART backlog, maintaining the integrity of product features, driving tradeoff evaluations for feature implementation, and defining program increment objectives. The role also involves participating in usability studies to incorporate customer feedback, supporting the project manager with business case development for Phase A, and defining customer journeys and feature identification for Phase B. Additionally, the Senior Product Owner will ensure consistency in design and development across the team and act as the first escalation point for delivery product owners regarding feature refinement and solution options.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies, related to Product Owner role.
• Knowledgeable of IT systems development
• Familiar with Software Development technologies.
• Experience in Medical Device development and/or other highly regulated products.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

• Experience with Insulin Pumps development will be a plus.

Physical Requirements (if applicable):

• US travel as needed (at least once per quarter)

Compensation & Benefits:

For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $124,200.00 - $186,300.00. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
