Cleaning duties include:

• Cleaning guest rooms
• Restocking supplies in rooms
• Replacing dirty linens
• Responding to calls for cleaning issues and reporting any maintenance problems or safety risks
• Attending to guest inquiries and requests

Requirements for the cleaning position include:

• Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection products, techniques, and methods
• Ability to reach, kneel, and stoop
• Ability to lift, push, and pull required loads, generally up to 30 pounds
• Excellent customer service skills
