About the Role

The Company is seeking an AVP of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing enterprise analytics strategies that encompass financial activities, strategic planning, and decision support within the healthcare organization. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, providing actionable insights, and supporting key business initiatives. The AVP will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including systemwide analytics, budgeting, forecasting, proforma development, revenue and expense analysis, and market share analysis. Strong communication, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of operational and financial principles are essential for engaging stakeholders and ensuring the success of the role. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree, and at least 5 years' of experience in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting within the healthcare industry. The role requires extensive proficiency in enterprise analytics solutions, coding languages, financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and statistical analysis tools. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be adept at problem-solving, and have a proven track record of leadership and team development. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, financial software applications, and database management systems are also necessary. The AVP will be expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, serve as a strategic partner to department heads, and ensure the team's adherence to best practices in financial management.
