Clinical Nurse Wound & Ostomy

This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Key Responsibilities: Promote a healing environment through patient and family education. Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values. Work in a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe practices. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Licenses: Active RN licensure. Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles. Skills: Critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and cultural competence.
