Soccer Shots Madison (Dane County)
$20$24/hour | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule Soccer Shots is a non-competitive, character-focused soccer program that introduces the game to children ages 28. Our caring team positively impacts childrens lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. Were looking for part-time coaches who are passionate about working with children and bringing energy and enthusiasm to every session. What You Get:
- Great pay: $20$24/hour, with opportunities for advancement
(sessions are typically 3045 minutes) - Flexible scheduling: Seasonal (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter)
- Paid training
- Variety of locations: Childcare centers, preschools, and public parks
- Weekday mornings: 9:00am12:30pm
- Weekday evenings: 4:30pm6:30pm
- Weekend mornings: 9:00am12:30pm
Must be available for at least one weekend morning (Saturday or Sunday)

Timely, attentive, safety-conscious, and reliable with your schedule

Confident leading groups of 10+ children in a fun, structured environment
Enthusiastic & Fun
Outgoing, energetic, and able to connect with young children (ages 28)
Patient & Adaptable
Flexible when things dont go as planned and able to keep sessions moving

Friendly and respectful with parents, staff, and partners
Team Player
Collaborative, dependable, and a strong communicator
Soccer Enthusiast
Soccer experience is a plus, but not requiredexperience with children is key
Experience with Children
Comfortable engaging and interacting with young children
Reliable Transportation
Must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record; equipment transport may be required
Background Check
Must pass a state background check and FBI fingerprinting
Age Requirement
