Position Overview: The Marketing Specialist position is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a dynamic environment. This is a strategically important position, responsible for supporting the growth of our brand presence and business in North America by helping to plan and execute events, campaigns, content, and lead-generation activities. Key Responsibilities: Events & Exhibitions Help plan and execute regional exhibitions, events, conferences, and trade shows across North America to build brand visibility and engage prospective clients. Coordinate event logistics - booth set-up, displays, banners, brochures and other collateral - working with the central marketing team and external vendors. Provide on-site support before, during, and after events, and manage follow-up activities. Webinars & Seminars Source and coordinate local partners, industry associations, and vendors to run webinars and seminars in North America. Support the planning, promotion, and smooth delivery of these sessions, and help capture leads and feedback from attendees. Content Contribute to the regional content strategy and help shape the North American content calendar under the guidance of the marketing team. Help gather content inputs from sales, product, and business teams - customer stories, case studies, product information, and market insights - for use in marketing materials. Coordinate with the central marketing and creative teams on content production and localization for the North American market. Email & Campaign Marketing Plan and help execute email marketing campaigns for the North American region, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and follow-up. Support targeted lead-generation campaigns and track responses. Maintain and update marketing contact databases, ensuring data quality and accuracy. Sales & Business Coordination Coordinate with sales and business teams to align marketing activities with commercial priorities. Help measure the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities by tracking the outcomes of leads generated from campaigns and events. Reporting & Analysis Compile and maintain regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, event outcomes, and ROI. Track marketing spend against budget and maintain accurate records. Share performance insights and simple dashboards with the marketing and business teams to support decision-making. Market & Brand Support Help gather market, industry, and competitor intelligence to support regional marketing strategy and planning. Support brand consistency across regional marketing materials and channels. Key Result Areas: Timely, well-organized execution of regional events, exhibitions, webinars, and seminars Quality and timeliness of content inputs gathered and campaigns delivered Email campaign performance (delivery, open, and response rates) Accuracy and timeliness of marketing reporting and ROI tracking Effective coordination with sales and business teams Contribution to lead generation and brand visibility in North America Marketing spend tracked vs. budget Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar. Offering experience along with an MBA would be a plus. 3 years minimum in Marketing, preferably in the Nutritional Supplement Industry or the Pharmaceutical Industry with Oral Dosage experience (tablets, capsules, etc.) or with an ancillary company in the pharmaceutical industry (machinery for solid dose manufacturing, granulation, powder manufacturing, blending, mixing, tableting, grinding, spray drying, packaging, encapsulation, etc.) Hands-on experience with email marketing and marketing/CRM tools Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills Exposure to event and exhibition coordination Experience with content coordination and digital marketing (email, social, and webinars) Experience working alongside sales teams and tracking marketing ROI Exposure to the pharma or pharma-ancillary industry Willingness to travel occasionally for events as needed We offer a generous compensation package including base salary, annual bonus, 401K with company match, generous PTO policy, health, and dental insurance, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
