Provide feedback to managers regarding individual performances, recommend any additional training needed. Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations. Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volumeproduction goals. Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services. Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Marketing Coordinator Lead: Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone. Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Concierge,telemarketingand/or sales experience preferred. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Position may require background and drug screeningcontingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
