Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity serving a diverse student population close to Lake Orion, MI. We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC credentials and school-based experience to provide compassionate, high-quality therapy in an educational setting. You'll deliver services onsite at four nearby schools, focusing on continuity of care without needing to commute between buildings during the school day. Each location hosts a manageable caseload, with students primarily in general education or presenting mild to moderate needs, including some on the spectrum or with cognitive challenges.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a collaborative school environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with local and federal requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support planning
• Deliver therapy onsite with a consistent schedule at each assigned location, fostering student rapport and progress
