Renson
Job Title
Vanuit IT zorg jij voor optimalisaties van processen en tools, zodat je de best mogelijke dienstverlening kan bieden naar je collega's toe.
Samen met je IT collega's bouw je mee aan de ICT visie van Renson en je draagt deze dan ook uit naar je alle Renson collega's toe.
Je begeleidt de stakeholders in hun probleem formulatie, toetst het af met de Renson business strategie en bijhorende noden. Hierbij steeds de Why? Why? Why ? ontdekken en de stakeholders begeleiden in het PMO en project proces.
Je organizeert met de collega's en de stakeholders de realisatie van de projecten via de IT Devops en sprintplanning.
Je staat ook in voor haalbaarheidsstudies van de mogelijks nieuwe informaticatoepassingen als innovatie
Je wisselt niet enkel graag ideeën uit, ook je expertise deel je formeel en informeel met je collega's.
Profile
Minstens 5 jaar in soortgelijke functie.
Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in het maken van technische en functionele analyses.
Proactief en resultaatsgericht
Ervaring met het leiden en begeleiden van projecten
Teamplayer
Stressbestending
Kennis van SAP, devops, AI en business/software architectuur is een plus!
Ondernemend om nieuwe technologieën (bvb AI) te ontdekken en toe te passen
Vlot Nederlands en Engels - kennis van het Frans en Duits is een pluspunt.
