Weeks 1–2: Full In-Office Training , Your first two weeks are spent in our Houston office learning our system, shadowing top producers, and building your foundation the right way — in person, where the energy is contagious and the learning is fast. Week 3 and Beyond: Your Hybrid Rhythm 4 days from home — work your leads, run client consultations, own your schedule 2 days in the office — team energy, live training, and accountability You get the freedom of remote work and the culture of a team pushing you forward.
