Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Assistant Operating Director in Birmingham, AL, to lead in-office operations and support the Operating Director as second-in-command. The role focuses on scheduling, client care quality, staff coaching, and day-to-day office management. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management experience, healthcare leadership, and the ability to train and onboard staff.
