The Store Sales Consultant plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting both in-store and online sales efforts. Working within a small team, the consultant is responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining an inviting store environment. This position emphasizes collaboration and problem-solving in a retail setting with moderate sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to support sales
• Process sales transactions and payments accurately
• Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment
• Organize and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Upsell products to enhance customer purchases
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly
• Provide sales reporting and updates to management

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and inventory control
• Ability to solve problems and manage time efficiently
