Prep Cook

ACE Brooklyn, Le le's Roman is seeking a Prep Cook to join our team in NY. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting the kitchen team in food preparation.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills

- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning as directed
- Assist with food preparation as needed
