Registered Nurse

A well-established outpatient FQHC in Queens is seeking a Quality Improvement RN. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN with a background in Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Compliance, and clinical auditing who is looking for a stable, Monday–Friday position. Salary: $90,000- $100,000 Queens 100% On-Site Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Full-Time | Permanent Key Responsibilities Serve as the organization’s Risk Manager and support risk‑management initiatives Conduct medical record reviews and monthly quality/compliance audits Review and summarize incident reports, complaints, and Article 31 incidents Partner with the Quality Improvement team and organizational leadership Assist with developing and revising policies and procedures related to safety and emergency preparedness Lead monthly QI meetings and monitor departmental quality measures and outcomes Monitor QI assessments and quarterly outcome reporting Coordinate annual review and updates of organizational forms Support fire and security drill testing Promote timely incident reporting and ongoing workplace safety initiatives Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous Quality Improvement experience required Managerial or supervisory experience/skills Experience with medical records and healthcare compliance Knowledge of vaccine programs Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills Benefits 4 weeks vacation + 12 personal days + 12 paid holidays Medical, Dental & Vision 403(b) with 4% employer match after one year Employer-paid Short-Term & Long-Term Disability $50K employer-paid Life Insurance + $50K AD&D Flexible Spending Plan WageWorks commuter benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
