Receptionist - Part-time

13857 Apple Harvest Drive, Martinsburg, West Virginia 25403 Responsibilities Greet all visitors to the community, answer the telephone, transfer calls to the appropriate party, and take accurate messages. Monitor walkie‑talkie, door security system, and fire panel as needed. Maintain resident sign‑in/sign‑out log and visitor registration log, and complete filing and copy‑making duties. Fill out and log service request forms for residents and/or staff. Keep front‑desk and lobby area clean and neat at all times. Sell meal tickets and account for them via payroll deduction or personal check. Ensure building security by checking entrances/exits and monitoring sign‑in/out logs. Attend in‑services and staff meetings as required. Assist with coordinating van schedule for residents. Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information and perform supportive office functions for all departments (filing, typing, copies). Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Considerate, neat, well‑groomed, and professional appearance. Experience in administrative functions. Polite, professional phone etiquette. Organized and able to work well in a team. Polite and considerate toward residents, visitors, co‑workers, and management. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Able to sit for extended periods of time. Function effectively in a busy environment and able to multi‑task. Willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Attends all required in‑services and staff meetings.
