The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,skills, and/or abilities needed for the position. Individuals must attend necessary coach ing clinics and comply with the rules of the North Carolina HighSchool Athletic Association. Maintain aconstant check onstudents' grades and conduct Recruit within theschool, train, and coach the team Coordinate the development and promotion of the softball program Organize andschedule practices Communicate with theAthletic Director and Principal Maintain andsecure all equipment Turn in all paperwork required by NCHSAA and theAthletic Director Complete all required courses of the NCHSAA Hold aparent meeting before theseason Represent Anson CountySchools in a professional manner

JOB GOALS:

To provide leadership in helping each participatingstudent achieve a high level ofskill, an appreciation for the values of discipline andsportsmanship, and an increased level ofself-esteem while instructingstudent participants in Softball.
