Paralegal Team Lead

**Organization:** Alonso & Alonso Attorneys at Law, PLLC **Reports to**: Paralegal Manager **Employment Type:** Full-Time Contractor **Location:**Remote* Oversee research on immigration policies, procedural updates, and case law* Ensure compliance with USCIS, EOIR, and court requirements* Review discovery responses, objections, and supporting evidence* Maintain high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and documentation quality* 5+ years of paralegal experience, with a strong focus on removal defense* 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role* Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interviewing skills* High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Advanced proficiency in: + Legal and case management software + Microsoft Office Suite* Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads and deadlines* Experience working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments**Salary Rate**: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and leadership scope) **Hours**: 40 hours per week* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Company Holidays* Vision insurance* Mental health support* Continuing education allowance* Home office allowance #J-18808-Ljbffr Alonsoandalonsolaw
