This part-time role involves providing exceptional one-on-one care in an outpatient setting using the latest evidence-based techniques. We are dedicated to your success and are here to help you thrive!Job Responsibilities:Assess patient goals and limitations to develop a therapeutic plan of care and therapy timelineCarry out therapeutic interventions using the latest evidence-based techniques that appropriately address a patient's specific needs and concernsDocument initial evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries using Raintree electronic medical recordsMaintain patient records in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy to ensure excellent standard of careProvide regular updates to patients, physician's and other therapists involved in the patient's careCommunicate effectively with team of healthcare providers and colleagues to ensure an exceptional continuum of careEducate patients, families and caregivers on a home exercise program that complements therapy sessionsParticipate in continuing education and other professional development opportunities to remain knowledgeable about new and emerging therapies.Promote health and wellness with community outreach during outdoor recreational events such as high school sports, biking, and running racesQualificationsGraduate with a Masters or Doctorate from an accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent state licensureCPR Certification (or will complete upon hire)New or recent graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)Strong understanding of biomechanics and functional movements highly valuedAdditional InformationCommunity and Team EngagementPartnership with local high school athletic teamsCommunity engagement through volunteering, mission trips, and philanthropyAnnual team kick-off event and other team-building activitiesProfessional DevelopmentNew Graduate mentorship programContinuing education allowanceCompany sponsored in-servicesCompany-paid license renewalLeadership and Clinical Director TrainingSports Residency ProgramMultiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadership!
