Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring machinery and facility systems operate safely and efficiently.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
• Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance issues
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with production and warehouse teams to support operational goals

• Previous maintenance technician experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

• $18.00 per hour
• Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
