As a Financial Services Representative, you’re the face of World Finance – empathizing, empowering, and engaging with our customers. The primary responsibility of the Financial Services Representative is to assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively and efficiently and to maximize growth. This position is expected to utilize sound lending skills, maximize potential profits, and follow policies for effective collection of accounts. This position is also responsible for providing excellent customer service which is an essential part of marketing the branch and Company culture. Location-based details: World Finance is based in Greenville, SC, with operations across multiple states. The company aims to help customers achieve financial wellness through a range of services including personal loans and related financial services. What you’ll do (Responsibilities) Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through informed financial choices. Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products. Process and prepare loan applications; take and process payments. Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans. Balance assigned cash drawer daily and prepare daily branch deposits; transport cash as needed. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch. Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily. Help build tax clientele and provide tax services. Send complete and accurate credit-denial letters within 30 days from the date of application. Assist with paying branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager. Qualifications (Experience and Requirements) Demonstrated self-confidence and strong organizational skills. History of kindness, compassion, and helping others. Willingness to seek quality-driven solutions and embrace new ideas. Team player with the ability to pitch in when needed and accept help. Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation to transport bank deposits and fulfill job responsibilities.
