Position: Credit Risk BA
Location: Jersey City, NJ or Charlotte, NC (2 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months W2 Contract
Interview: Virtual and Onsite
Must have -
- Counterparty Credit Risk HIGHLY preferred, if not then Credit Risk experience required.
- Experience with PFE (Potential Future Exposure) is required.
- Strong banking BA with CCR/Credit risk is the main requirement; all the heavy tech/data things in the preferred section are secondary.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, 3+ years focused on credit risk .
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with data mapping , data profiling , and data quality tools.
- Solid understanding of credit risk concepts, including PFE exposure, PD, LGD, EAD, and risk-weighted assets.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, IFRS 9, or CCAR.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
