Lawn Care Technician

This isn't a "sell anything to anyone" role. We're looking for someone who understands how lawns actually workand can communicate that in a way that builds trust and drives results. If you've been in lawn care, turf, or agronomy and you're ready to earn more, grow more, and have a bigger impact, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Recommend programs built around fertilization, weed control, aeration, and seeding
• Educate customers on realistic expectations (food, water, sunlight)
• Follow up with leads and current customers (this is where deals are won)
• Build long-term relationshipsnot one-time sales
• Work with production to ensure service aligns with what was sold
• Meet with homeowners and evaluate lawn conditions

Who This Role Is For

• You already understand turfor you're highly coachable and want to learn it
• You're comfortable talking to people and asking the right questions
• You take ownership of your results and follow through
• You don't rely on pressureyou rely on clarity and trust

Ideal Backgrounds

• Lawn care companies (Lawn Doctor, TruGreen, Weed Man, etc.)
• Turf or agronomy-related experience
• Spray technicians ready to grow into a higher-earning role
• Sales professionals willing to learn turf quickly

Not the Right Fit

• Landscaping / mowing-only backgrounds
• Order-takers who wait for leads instead of working them
• People who struggle with follow-up or accountability

Pay & Opportunity

• $41,000 base + commission + performance bonuses
• 401k with match
