The CLS will collaborate closely with laboratory leadership, pathologists, physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing teams to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic results that support critical patient care decisions. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field, with current California CLS licensure and ASCP certification preferred. Candidates should have experience working in a hospital laboratory setting, strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, regulatory standards, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
