The ideal candidate will be adept at providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate critical assessment skills to prioritize patient needs and interventions.ResponsibilitiesAssess patients' clinical conditions, recognizing and interpreting serious situations.Initiate appropriate measures in emergency situations when the physician is not immediately available.Operate and monitor emergency care equipment, including infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, and cardiac monitors.Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed, including medications and IV therapy.Document observations, interventions, and patient status accurately and in a timely manner.Coordinate care delivery and documentation with team members to match patient care requirements.Maintain adequate supplies and equipment, ensuring a safe and clean environment.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience.Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.Ventilator experience is mandatory.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to float to medical-surgical or ICU units as needed.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
