- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders or inquiries.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handling customer feedback with professionalism and care.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
