As a Store Manager, you will lead with integrity, foster a culture of care, and ensure every guest experience reflects our values. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a sales‑driven team to achieve performance goals. Manage the coffee side of the business in accordance with state and local laws while upholding Starbucks expectations. Build positive relationships with hospital partners and respond to feedback with professionalism. Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service. Ensure staff are food‑safe certified and applying all applicable law requirements and expectations. Manage inventory, merchandising, and promotional activities to maximize sales. Ensure operational excellence through scheduling, compliance, and daily procedures. Address customer concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly. Coffee experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement.
