Our Staffing Firm- Express Employment- is hiring for an internal Recruiter/Employment Specialist!
We're looking for an Employment Specialist who can recruit great talent, fill job orders, build client relationships, and drive placements.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, interview, and match candidates with jobs
- Fill client job orders quickly and efficiently
- Make daily recruiting calls to clients
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify opportunities to grow existing and new accounts
- Work toward measurable sales and recruiting goals
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Money motivated & goal driven
- Confident and comfortable on the phone
- Excellent at recruiting and identifying talent
- Competitive, persistent, and outgoing
- A strong communicator and relationship builder
- Organized, coachable, and ready to grow
Sales experience, recruiting experience, or customer service experience preferred.
